A service to celebrate the life of Cathryn (Kate) Horan will be held in the Federation Chapel at Lilydale Memorial Park, 128 Victoria rd. Lilydale on Thursday the 26th of June at 11:45am, followed by light refreshments. Donations can be made to Dementia Australia on the day. The service can be watched on the livestream link below
